The agreement includes a $25,000 donation from the developer to the SCI Center in Litchfield. The board voted unanimously to approve the Montgomery First Community Engagement Agreement with Summit Ridge Energy.

The board also received an update regarding Pattern Energy. Company representative Maggie Poteau had reported to the committee that land acquisition for their project is nearly complete. Poteau anticipates the project will move into the permitting phase in early 2027.
