The council authorized the Mayor to execute a grant agreement with the Kimberlee Davidson Revocable Living Trust for the property located at 314 North Monroe Street. The building is the site of Central Realty.

According to the application submitted to the council, the renovation project includes the installation of replacement windows on the front facade, a new front door, standing seam metal awnings, vinyl signage, and exterior lighting.

The program, funded through the city’s Tax Increment Financing (TIF) district, reimburses property owners for 50 percent of eligible improvement costs. The total estimated cost of the reimbursable incentives for the project is $14,600. The council approved a grant amount of $7,300.
